Digital marketing: Starting in 2010, I successfully designed, presented, and implemented a brand new digital marketing strategy for the firm. I administered the training in social media and legal-specific social networking websites to attorneys, was proactive in encouraging more timely and relevant blog posts, developed a new webinar series to better connect with the public, and consulted on the design of a new website, which launched in early 2016. Throughout these initiatives, I analyzed data to improve marketing and digital campaigns.

Content management: I manage the preparation, editing, and publishing of all online content for and practice area blogs using CMS applications. Over six years, I have written and published hundreds of blog posts, news items, attorney bios, event announcements, publications, and press releases. I promote new posts by tailoring content to specific social media sites.

I am responsible for managing the workflow of the Debt and Capital Market Instruments division.

Project management: Managing the preparation and coordination of dozens of debt-related missions, including overseeing the logistics and administrative processes, writing and editing briefing papers, back-to-office reports, technical assistance reports, and working papers, collaborating with other departments and agencies on joint missions, coordinating budgets, communicating with external experts, and maintaining internal databases.

Event management: Led the project to coordinate the 15th International Monetary Fund Public Debt Management Forum, a formal event with more than 150 attendees. I successfully coordinated logistics and administrative processes with internal departments, external vendors, and more than 50 governments. I worked with dozens of institutions to prepare, manage, and coordinate presenters and was responsible for representing the Fund at the conference to handle logistics. 

Communications: As one of the only Native English speakers in my division, I am constantly relied on to edit letters, reports, briefs, and technical notes. I regularly correspond formally with ministers of finance and the heads of central banks. I manage confidential documents on a daily basis.

I successfully completed a short-term consulting research project that was commissioned by the British government. The project included qualitative research, both in person and over the phone. Analyzing the data collected, I reporting our findings. In addition, I developed and implemented a new cloud-based IT system for the company to utilize in order to improve efficiency.

I analyzed visa applications from high-risk countries who were attempting to visit the United States. Using this data and the research I subsequently did, I made recommendations regarding how deserving the applicants were of more in-depth background checks.
